Matamata Real Estate joined the Professionals team in 1996 under the leadership of the late Don Locke. This relationship with the Professionals has developed into a very successful partnership which continues today with current owners Sam and Margaret Troughton (Don’s daughter and son-in-law).
The firm has continued to maintain its long held position as a market leader in the Matamata-Piako district.
Margaret Troughton is Licencee and Manager and one on the top performing sellers in the area, together with her husband Sam Troughton who manages the very busy and well respected Rural department.
They are supported by a team of six experienced local salespeople and three administrative staff who collectively contribute to the company’s high profile within the local community and wider rural areas.
